Q. How much advanced notice do I need to give to order services?

A. We make every effort to fulfill orders and special requests within 24 hours.
As we can not guarantee orders with less than 24 hours notice, we request that you provide us with as much advanced
notice as possible. For the highest level of service, we respectfully request you contact us with a minimum of 2 weeks for
your personalized services. This advanced notice enables us to ensure your Personal Vacationland Concierge is
scheduled to be on-call for your every need.

Q. I have a question about your services and prefer to discuss my needs via the telephone. When is the best time to call?

A. Just like being in a high-end hotel, Your Vacationland Concierge is available 24/7/365. Call at your convenience. If we
don't have an immediate answer to your question, we will research your question and call you back within hours.

Q. I really don't want my amusement park tickets shipped to my home address- just one more thing for me to remember
to pack! Can I have my amusement park tickets delivered to my motel/cottage for my impending arrival?

A. Absolutely! That is one of the wonderful benefits of your Personalized Vacationland Concierge. We specialize in
personalization of obtaining and delivering your special requests. And of course, if you would prefer that your tickets be
shipped to your home address ahead of your vacation departure, we can do that as well... it will be our pleasure!
